Transcripts

Transcripts are meticulously transcribed and proofread. Transcripts and exhibits are carefully bound, tabbed, indexed, and laser printed.

A keyword index, condensed transcript, eTranscript, scanned exhibit files, and CDs are provided.

Legal videos

Legal videos are provided in DVD and/or MPEG-1 formats, and are time/date stamped as per state requirements.

Synchronization of the video with the transcript is available. Software is provided which allows simultaneous viewing of the video and transcript on a computer. The software can immediately navigate to any portion of the video by clicking on the corresponding transcript line, and video clips can easily be created.

A synchronized video will also display on-screen subtitles, if desired, when played back in court.

Telephonic depositions

I use a full-duplex professional speakerphone to ensure the highest quality audio.

Videoconferencing

I can host a videoconference at your location or a hotel meeting room. Most requests today are for Zoom depositions, but many other types of videoconferences can be accommodated. I can natively support H.323 and SIP conferences. Some hardware platforms, such as LifeSize, provide custom software applications which I can install. Just let me know in advance which hardware platform you use and I will prepare accordingly.
